Busking
On Saturday, the band I’m in went busking in Ellicott City and it was a lot of fun. There were lots of friendly people who stopped to listen to us and inquired about the type of music we were playing. Thanks to Dave, Sean and Nathen. You guys are awesome and I had a really good time. I need to remember that damn shoulder rest next time!

Appalachian Trail
Last week I went backpacking along the West Virginia/Virginia segment of the Appalachian Trail. The fall colors were nearly all red but the views were great along the backs of the mountains. The temperature was below freezing the entire time but as long as we were moving, we were all right. A few shots from the trip:
